For large or fragile items (e.g. lamps), final cost is confirmed prior to shipment.

At Dimitra’s Art Glass Studio, the safety of our glass creations is our highest priority.
Each item:
Is carefully hand-packed with multiple protective layers
Uses reinforced shipping boxes
Is clearly marked as fragile
Is inspected before dispatch
For lamps and larger artworks, additional internal reinforcement is applied for maximum protection.
Once the shipment is handed over to ACS, transportation is carried out according to the courier’s official terms and conditions.
Inspect the package in the presence of the courier.
Request that the damage is noted on the delivery document.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Keep the packaging until the inspection process is completed.
The studio is not responsible for damages reported after this period or for damage occurring after delivery.
In any case, we personally ensure the best possible support and customer service.
