In addition, the company provides creative glass art workshops.
Workshop booking
Workshop reservation is completed after payment or advance payment if required.
The participant’s seat is considered reserved after confirmation.
Workshop cancellation
In case of customer cancellation, refund eligibility depends on the notification time before the workshop date.
The company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule workshops in cases of force majeure or insufficient number of participants.
Participants are required to follow safety instructions. The company is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions.
Intellectual property rights
All designs, artworks and artistic creations of the company are the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
Works created by participants in workshops are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed.
Use of photographic material – Marketing
The company reserves the right to use photographs of products and activities for promotional purposes.
Use of photographic material showing persons is carried out only with consent according to data protection law.
Special clauses for artistic services
Workshop participation is at the participant’s own responsibility.
The company may refuse participation to individuals whose behavior may endanger other participants.
In case of cancellation due to force majeure, an alternative date or another reasonable solution may be offered.
Limitation of liability for artistic outcome
The company does not guarantee a specific artistic result from workshops, as the creative outcome depends on the participant’s individual skills and engagement.
Participation in artistic activities may involve the use of tools and materials requiring attention. The participant accepts the risks associated with the creative process to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Prices
Prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT.
The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Orders
Orders are completed after product selection, submission of data and payment confirmation.
The customer receives order confirmation via email.
Order processing begins after payment confirmation and order acceptance by the company.
The company may cancel orders in case of technical error, incorrect pricing, stock unavailability or force majeure.
